What types of products do you use?
We use only natural solutions that are friendly to the environment.  Many of the products we use are general household products that have been around for generations. A few of our more commonly used ingredients are: vinegar, baking soda, tea tree essential oil, water, lemons, salt, jojoba oil, hydrogen peroxide, and lavender essential oil.

Does my household or office need to supply anything?
We provide the environmentally friendly solutions, cloths, and scrubbing devices.  For sanitary reasons, we prefer our customers to provide basic cleaning tools.  These tools would include a toilet brush, mop and bucket, broom and dustpan, step stool, garbage bags and a good vacuum cleaner.  Arrangements can be made if you do not have some of these items on hand.

Do you offer services outside of the Oshkosh city limits?
Sure.  The Cleaning Bee 3 will provide cleaning services outside of Oshkosh city limits, but there will be a surcharge.  The surcharge will be $0.51 per mile to and from the corner of Irving Avenue and Hazel Street, Oshkosh, WI  54901.  Mapquest will be used to obtain mileage to and from your home or business. There is also a two hour minimum($120*) for work performed outside of Oshkosh city limits.

What if I need to change my cleaning schedule or cancel?

This is generally not a problem.  We do ask for a phone call or e-mail providing at least a two day/48 hour notice for schedule changes or cancellations.  Clients not providing two day/48 hour notice will be charged for a regular cleaning.  

What if there are pets in the household?
We prefer pets, particularly dogs, to be kenneled or placed in a room we will not be cleaning for the time period we will be in your home or office. Our use of a vacuum cleaner and other tasks can be stressful for some animals.

What guarantees do you provide?
We guarantee satisfaction.  If you are not fully satisfied, contact The Cleaning Bee 3 immediately so we can remedy the situation.  We take pride in our work.

Will we have the same cleaners each time?
The two cleaners will be the owners most of the time.  We may have a trusted associate fill in when one of the owners is unable to work.  There will always be at least one owner at your home or office while cleaning is taking place.

How much do you charge?
For most regular services (at least twice a month), we charge $30 an hour per cleaner.  We send two cleaners and there is a one hour minimum charge.  Therefore, our minimum charge is $60.  Please call 920/573-6333 if you have questions.  

What services would cost more than $30 an hour?
The Cleaning Bee 3 does charge more than $30 an hour for certain types of cleaning. What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we only accept checks.  Payments should be received on the date of cleaning.  Different arrangements can be made for businesses.  Green Home and Office Makeovers must be paid for on the Green Irene website and should be paid by credit card.
